Demonstrate NOW’s value by showing how NOW’s support has helped local people and businesses succeed. Create one unifying visual identity for NOW to join its projects together and act as recognisable mark of quality.

Action
	Creation of new NOW visual identity, carried on all NOW public communications - from stationery to building site hoardings. In addition NOW plaques were placed on offices or projects funded by NOW. The signage provides a lasting visual legacy of NOW’s involvement in the area.
	Creation of a dedicated website to act as a central communications hub for all NOW activity: www.walthamstownow.co.uk. The site profiled case studies of local people and businesses succeeding through NOW's support. The online media centre enabled local media and stakeholders to access news and pictures quickly and easily.
	Advertising, leafleting and poster campaign encourage local people to get involved. All carry testimony of local people benefiting through NOW.
	NOW’s benefit to the area is carried in press stories demonstrating how NOW has improved resident's lives and made local business more competitive.
	Create detailed report on NOW’s benefits. Report launched at community event, showcasing the businesses that NOW had supported.
Result
	Over 5,000 people made contact with NOW and the regeneration became better known, understood and valued within the community and in business.
