Recorded by the BBC for both Television and Radio broadcast,
twenty four choirs will compete in front of a live audience
at the Wales Millennium Centre for the four category titles
- just eight choirs will make it through to the BBC Radio
3 Choir of the Year Grand Final:
• Open winner
• Children’s winner
• Youth winner
• Adult winner
• Best of the rest (four choirs from the weekend)
The category finals feature:
• Live judging
• Expert opinion
BBC broadcast opportunities may also be up for grabs
for all who make it to the Category Finals.
