The London Borough of Waltham Forest tasked Kallaway with raising the profile and value of NOW within the borough.

NOW’s successes include 1,926 jobs safeguarded or created; 125 business started up; 12,552 new childcare places provided; new sports facilities used by 70,050 people and 46,086 people benefited from community safety initiatives.
