Public
Relations
We help our clients reach their
business and marketing objectives
by creating highly effective
public relations campaigns that
inform, engage and inspire.
We don't simply broadcast messages
or brand benefits, but examine
the corporate and social environments
in which our clients operate
and create campaigns that are
directly relevant to their audiences.
This approach enables our clients
to communicate powerfully -
in context, lead debate, establish
dialogues, form strategic alliances
and ultimately achieve measurable
results.
Examples of our work include:
Unicorn Theatre is the
first ever purpose-designed
theatre for children in the
UK. The £13.3m theatre
will play to over 100,000 children
each year and form a new national
cultural flagship, becoming
an international centre of excellence
when it opens in late 2005.
Unicorn appointed Kallaway for
public relations support to
help the theatre achieve its
funding targets and raise awareness
of the benefits it will bring.
Southwark Council The
£1.5bn regeneration of
the Elephant and Castle is one
of the largest redevelopment
schemes in UK. Southwark Council
appointed Kallaway to help win
support for the new programme
- winning 80 per cent approval
for the plans.
BBC Radio 3 Choir of the
Year is the UK's largest
amateur choral competition involving
thousands of singers from across
the UK in a nationwide competition.
Kallaway's media activity extended
the BBC Radio 3 brand to new
audiences across the country.
The regional print media for
the Final alone had a circulation
of 3m.
Laban is one of the world's
leading dance and educational
institutions. Its new studios
in Deptford won the 2003 Stirling
Prize for Architecture. Kallaway
created and ran a three year
brand positioning and public
relations campaign enabling
the centre to open in 2003.
Linbury Biennial Prize for
Stage Design is the UK's
foremost award for emerging
theatre designers and has launched
the careers of many young designers
who have gone on to Tony and
Olivier award winning success.
The Linbury Trust turned to
Kallaway to manage the competition
and handle all media relations.
New Opportunities Walthamstow
(NOW) is a £56m single
regeneration budget scheme enhancing
lives and generating business
within communities across Walthamstow
and Leyton in London. The London
Borough of Waltham Forest has
tasked Kallaway with raising
awareness of the scheme locally
and across London.
Trafalgar Square Fourth Plinth
Project The Fourth Plinth
Project is part of the Mayor
of London's strategy to make
our capital a world-class cultural
city. The Greater London Authority
came to Kallaway for extensive
communications support for the
artwork selection programme
and announcement of the winning
work.
