

Kallaway Event Management at Hard Rock Café for Youth Music
Youth Music is dedicated to transforming young lives through music. Kallaway worked
with the charity to help set up a sponsorship department creating the tools and
resources to approach the corporate sector with confidence.
Kallaway gained a comprehensive understanding of Youth Musics national and regional
activities, policies and delivery framework. We examined the organisations strengths
and weaknesses, its current profile and its ambitions for the future.
Equipped with this knowledge and understanding, Kallaway was able to recommend financial
targets and sponsorship packages and a public relations campaign which helped to
translate Youth Musics aspirations into achievable goals.
The sponsorship strategy was supported by prospect cultivation events to showcase
Youth Music to new audiences: Youth Music Live at the Hard Rock Caf
launched the charity to corporate prospects, politicians and celebrities. 200
guests enjoyed being entertained by young musicians and community music
groups that have benefited from the support of the charity.
Kallaway set up meetings with CEO Christina Coker and a number of blue-chip companies
and developed a company workshop on how to manage sponsorship cultivation.
